Business Narrative Structuring & Vision Planning
The common thing behind every great company is a simple vision and a powerful reason for existence, a mission that sits beyond money and is clear enough that people can recognise themselves in it and choose to take part. We help you set that vision by leading calm, focused work with leadership and key teams, listening for the purpose that already exists. When the shared narrative is present it sets a calmer pace inside the organisation, raises the standard of the work without noise, and gives everyday decisions a direction that feels both practical and meaningful. From there the task is to shape a strategy that makes the vision real, and that is the point at which we continue into our next service, Leverage Identification and the Creative Growth Strategy.

Leverage Identification & Creative Growth Strategy
Today we live in a world where a combination of specific knowledge, smart positioning & an intelligent approach can create more value than a company of thousands can. Markets don't respond to input, only to the value that has been created. Despite living in different times and having different scenarios, the essence of strategy and execution has pretty much stayed the same, minimise the input, maximise the output, make it last. That is the key philosophy behind how I look at growing companies. I focus the company's strengths on the few things that will provide the maximum amount of value by applying leverage intelligently across all aspects of the business. My approach comes from studying ancient & medieval warfare. I have tried to learn about strategy & tactics from victories and losses, what someone did right, and what someone did wrong. The battles where the disfavoured won against all odds were the battles I have studied the most. Despite living in different times and having different scenarios, the need for strategy and the ability to execute effectively are very much present.

Business Modeling & Revenue Design
This service refines how a business creates, delivers, and captures value. It begins with a clear view of what the product does for the market, then builds around it with pricing logic, sales mechanics, and positioning that makes sense. The goal is to design a model that earns revenue by intention, not chance.
Market Positioning & Brand Strategy
A brand only has power when its position in the market is clear. The role of positioning is to define the space you can credibly own and the value you can defend over time. This requires understanding the competitive landscape, the forces shaping demand, and the levers that give your business an advantage. Once the position is established, the brand strategy ensures every expression of the company reinforces it. Messaging, narrative, and visual identity are developed with precision so that the brand communicates simply, consistently, and without excess. The aim is not to chase attention but to create recognition that endures. The outcome is a brand that is easy to understand, difficult to displace, and able to grow with focus and authority.

Business Modeling & Revenue Design
Once a company has clarity on its market position and brand strategy, the next step is to define how that position translates into revenue. Business modeling and revenue design establish the mechanics of how value is captured. It begins by examining what the product or service delivers to the market, then structuring the pricing, offer architecture, and sales mechanics around that core value. The objective is to design a system where revenue flows by intention, not by chance. Offers are packaged to reflect the brand’s position, pricing is aligned with customer perception of value, and sales dynamics are engineered to reinforce trust while protecting margins. This is the foundation that makes growth scalable and resilient.

"Without strategy, execution is aimless. Without execution, strategy is useless"

Moris Chang
Founder & CEO
Lifelong Pursuit
My first intellectual curiosity was captivated by historical movies and individual heroic journeys. I always loved a good battle scene and a demonstration of strategic brilliance. This inspired me to fill numerous notebooks with battlefield scenarios, castle designs, and military scenarios as the main theme. I only stopped when I ran out of scenarios to draw. In the process, I made some personal conclusions about positioning, strategy, and execution that I apply as my philosophy in life and business today.
This curiosity transitioned into a passion for history as a whole. Despite being completely uninterested in most of what school had to offer, I was always top of the class in history. How I managed to do that remained an enigma that everyone around me tried to solve. Sports were another major passion of mine, and while I enjoyed nearly every kind, archery stood out as my strongest pursuit, leading me to win several national championships.
Despite being talented in several sports, I knew that was not my calling after I started reading business literature, and so I went to the land of James Bond to study business.
After the first year in England, I took a summer job in a Croatian restaurant where, without knowing it at the time, some of the most influential people in the world were regular guests. The beautiful, isolated bay we were in brought out the best in everyone, which resulted in many great conversations and lasting memories.
I left the island with many stories, pieces of advice, and business cards I was told to call after finishing university, but I was determined to follow my own path. At the age of twenty-one, I made my first significant mark by helping grow a company digitally, which led to opportunities to work as a digital growth professional for several other companies over the years.
Strenghts & Experiance
My strength in the essence comes from the ability to combine my digital skillset (building & marketing) effectively with my natural gift & passion for strategising by leveraging intelligent positioning and unorthodox creativity.
When I got pulled into the understanding of modern business narrative I was greatly influenced by Warren Buffett's philosophy of identifying the missed leverage and overlooked value. Second philosophical influence on how I look at growing companies came from Peter Thiel's book, From Zero to One. It's a great book that changed the way I see businesses, but it also made me realise that for most businesses it's enough to get better by several points in different areas and combine that into one main leverage point they can use as a differentiator in their positioning and marketing.
Jamie Dimon said it best, "Innovation, sometimes not an ‘aha,’ it’s a lot of small things added on top of each other." Therefore, a better website, richer branding, cleverer advertising, improved product, smarter positioning. All of these are leverage points that increase the strength of the company. They are not impossible to achieve, and if done correctly can bring a 1000 times bigger output compared to the input invested. That is in essence how I look at growing companies.
In my first digital marketing job I wanted to be more involved with the overall marketing strategy. Over time I realised how the biggest leverage for a seller on eBay is the product images, and so I took my day off and came into the office one Saturday to test my theory on the lowest performing product category. I added 3 badges on every image, one was the company logo to increase trustworthiness, second was a free and fast delivery to get instant attention and remove delivery questions, and the third badge was "eBay Top Rated Seller" to solidify consumers' trust and make the overall offer more attractive compared to the competitors who all had the same titles, prices and images.
This worked rather well as the sales quite literally skyrocketed and I was instructed to do the same for other product categories, which resulted in a significant revenue increase over the year I was there. Beyond having a talent for understanding how things work I have always strived to be the person of integrity and high energy, which was why I became the only external person to be involved in discussions of the business strategy outside of the family who owned the business.
Over the years that followed I worked closely with different companies across different industries, every day investing myself completely into learning the entirety of the digital ecosystem and the technical aspects of it while deepening my understanding of the business as a whole. After delivering consistently for several years I got a seat at the table of a global industry leader, which was my final confirmation that I can go on to build my own company and expand on what I'm doing, from which Business-Narrative got its life.
Beyond helping other companies grow I’m actively working on my own ventures with the biggest aim to make an impact in how people connect digitally when it comes to romantic relationships and their professional lives.
